Adjacent to the Charterhouse Mill, in the unusual setting of its ancient barn, the Mill Bistro offers a warm ambience and seasonal, generous and authentic cooking.
The chef emphasizes the importance of fresh local products that are prepared on site. The origin of our dishes is rigorously controlled. The regional wine list is designed to perfectly match the spirit of the Bistro.
Speciality of the Bistro: the table of home-made desserts created by our Patisserie Chefs. As well as being a delight for the eyes, it is an invitation to sample different flavours from fruit tarts to subtly-perfumed sweets, fruits in syrup, and little individual delicacies to satisfy all tastes.
The holder of Tourisme Sud de France and Qualité Tourisme quality labels, the Bistro guarantees a personalised welcome by a fully qualified team.
The Mill Bistro team is ready to welcome you every day of the year, and our shaded terrace and garden surrounded by olive trees are open when the season allows. Free WIFI.
The Mill Bistro team offers a lunch and dinner menu that changes every 10 days and evolves with the seasons; set menus are available at between 30 and 37€, not including drinks.
In addition, from Monday to Friday a selection of “Bistro Midday” lunches are available at around 15€.
